Our Goals at Young Climbers Childcare:
- Provide Exceptional Care: Deliver excellent care to all children and families in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Foster Total Development: Support children’s growth by offering an environment that includes:
- A warm, friendly atmosphere with qualified childcare professionals.
- A safe, healthy, and child-centered facility.
- A variety of well-maintained equipment and diverse activities to meet children’s physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual needs.
- Comprehensive support for parents.
- Promote Physical Development: Offer activities designed to enhance gross and fine motor skills appropriate to each child’s developmental stage.
- Emotional Support for Families: Serve as an emotional support system for parents when challenges with their children arise.
- Educate and Empower Parents: Provide parents with valuable knowledge about child development and related topics.
- Ensure Safety and Stability: Maintain a secure and consistent environment for children to thrive.
- Support for Developmental Challenges: Provide referrals and resources to assist children with developmental challenges to the best of our ability.
- Maintain Positive Discipline Practices:
- No physical, emotional, or psychological punishment will ever be used.
- Encourage redirection; if it is unsuccessful, quiet time or physical movement will be implemented.
- Ensure no belittling or bullying of any kind is tolerated within the centre.
